Site Grinder 2 Friday, February 27th 2009

http://www.medialab.com/sitegrinder/
I seem to be very interested in a program called Sitegrinder2. I have never heard of Sitegrinder1and this leaves me with the what-if factor. Also that little voice in the back of my head continues to chant. "Too good to be true. Too good to be true." However, this voice has been wrong in some cases and I missed out on some great things because I listened to it.

Looking into it, it seems that you use layers in Photoshop as a guide to what you want the program to do for your website development. That seems like it would be full of malfunctions (but don't get me wrong, I’ve never used it and I have no right to judge it right away). It may have self-esteem issues already; I don’t need to make it worse.

I am so used to coding websites from scratch and placing Photoshop graphics in AFTER the site has been scripted. This program is going in backwards and tells me there is NO personal scripting involved. I can't believe that. OR it may be that I don't want to believe that. I may not want to believe that all of those time consuming scripting hours could have been saved or the horizons would have been limitless within my design by a program I don't have.

I want it to be a believer. I want it to be real. I want a free trial. Yeah, a free trial would solve everything...
