Frequently Asked Questions
We try to do our best to have a “tight-run ship” when it comes to running our business.
Pendragon Artworks has been selling online since 2002 and will do its best to keep our customers happy. If you EVER have a problem with your item, email us and we will do our best to make it right.
PAYMENT
This website uses a Paypal cart for checkout. We also accept checks (remember, item will be shipped after check clears. For faster shipping, please use Paypal), and money orders. If you do not have a Paypal account, when you checkout, you will be prompted to open an account. Paypal will walk you step-by-step on how to set up your account. If you do open a new account, it will take a few days for Paypal to verify your account information. In that particular case, email us and we will set aside your item until your account is verified and item paid for.
**Please Note** Our “Etsy” store, listed under “Online Store” is a separate commerce and you can buy items through their checkout which also goes through Paypal. If you would like an item in our Etsy store AND an item on the website, please email first so we can combine the two orders into one in checkout and in shipping.**
If you have any special instructions, please either email us or place it in your “Message to Seller” at your Paypal checkout.
SHIPPING
Item will be shipped after payment clears. Pendragon Artworks will AUTOMATICALLY ship to whatever address is reported in your Paypal checkout unless you send us a message or state otherwise. We will also send as a gift to another address if you let us know beforehand. We will send an email to you of when item has been shipped. Tracking info is usually on all items. Turn-around of our items are as follows…
Stocked Item – 1-2 business days
Custom Item – 1-2 weeks depending on how large the order is or the time of year (November through December is the busiest season for us).
If you have a rush order or a particular date, email us and we will try to fit your order in to meet your needs.
Items are usually shipped priority mail. Large items of glassware and heavy items are shipped UPS.
REFUNDS/EXCHANGE
If for some reason an item is broken or damaged in transit or even lost, please email us at pendrag@sccoast.net. If you would like to exchange or be refunded for a broken item, we MUST have a digital photo of the broken item or item must be returned, shipping at your cost, within 10 days of receiving item (delivery confirmation confirms when you received the item). After proof of damage, I will exchange out the item, shipping at my cost, to you or will send you a refund check. Things do happen and we understand. We try to always be reasonable and will do our best to make you happy.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We accept international orders in U.S Dollars only. Please contact us at pendrag@sccoast.net with your address and we will calculate what postage will cost for item.
