Who is this “Pendragon Artworks”?

Carla S. Tyree is the artist behind the artwork.

“I’m a lifelong artist that started my creative journey by studying at the Art Institute of Pittsburgh which
opened up the door to the medium I love…painting. The moment I put paint to canvas and moved it
around, the heavens opened and I could hear the angels singing. Painting wasn’t just FOR me, it WAS
me.

Since then, I have tried many different avenues expressing my art, but it has always circled back to my
love of painting. Sometimes, the paintings come as a vision in my mind’s eye that I cannot get out of my
head until it is painted and released into reality. Other times, while I’m exploring the “great outdoors”,
an animal or landscape sears into my heart, and I become obsessed with expressing it through my eyes
into a piece of art for others to see what I saw, how I saw it, and why I became obsessed with it.

I love trying different techniques and styles and have been perfecting my art for the past 30 years and I
still learn something new with each piece of artwork I do. I have been trying to master painting with
stretching and reaching and pushing with each stroke of the brush.”

Pendragon Artworks has been selling art through galleries, internet, art shows, murals, and faithful
clients since 2002. Carla has artwork all over the United States and several countries.
